| A man who has been injured in an uncontrolled burn in Los Garres (Murcia) was transferred to the hospital | Emergency services have had to attend and transfer to the hospital an 83-year-old man who has been seriously injured in an uncontrolled burn, which occurred this morning in the Murcian district of Los Garres.
The Emergency Coordination Center received, at 11:24, a warning from one of the surveillance booths of the Infomur Plan, for fighting forest fires, that it saw smoke and flames from a possible uncontrolled agricultural burning very close to the riverbed Reguerón, on its right bank, near Los Garres.Local police patrols and firefighters from the Murcia City Council's Fire Fighting and Rescue Service were immediately mobilized to the site.Upon arrival, they requested health care for a man who suffered burns from the fire.A Mobile Emergency Unit (UME) with personnel from the Emergency and Health Emergencies Management 061 went to the scene, where they stabilized the injured person and transferred him to the "Virgen de la Arrixaca" hospital in Murcia with very serious injuries.
