Applications will be submitted at the address sede.murcia.es, through the banner 'Consumption, Commerce and Business', where you will find the information regarding the criteria for awarding the grants and the procedure that regulates them, as well as the documents that must accompany the applicationThe Governing Board has today given the green light to the extension - until next October 30 - of the deadline for submitting applications for the direct granting of the extraordinary aid of the 'Plan Reinicia' - endowed with 1 million euros - destined to the collective professional self-employed and micro-SMEs in the municipality of Murcia affected by the closure decreed after the state of alarm due to COVID-19.This extension has been approved taking into account that the period initially foreseen included August, a month that has influenced the development of the resumption of economic activities that may be beneficiaries of these aid, in addition to the order of the Ministry of Health of September 4 , which has also affected activities that, being able to benefit from them, have temporarily closed their businesses. In this sense, the Councilor for Employment, Economic Promotion and Tourism, Pedro García Rex, has remarked that "favoring the restart of activity and reactivating the economy and the productive and social fabric in the municipality are basic objectives" of the 'Plan Reinicia' .
He has also announced that the first beneficiaries of these grants will receive the amount in the coming days.Electronic office: applicationsApplications must be submitted, through the specific form available, on the website of the Murcia City Council electronic office, under the banner 'Consumption, Commerce and Business', where you will find the information regarding the criteria for awarding the grants and the procedure that regulates them, as well as the documents that must accompany the application.BeneficiariesThe recipients are natural persons, individual entrepreneur, self-employed or community of assets and legal persons, commercial company, labor company, cooperatives, including special commercial companies, who carry out their economic activity in a place located in the municipality of Murcia.
The beneficiary person must be the holder of the mandatory municipal activity license and be registered as a self-employed person and / or micro-SME.Amount: between € 1,000 and € 1,500The maximum amount of aid per beneficiary will be 1,000 euros for self-employed persons on their own account or micro-SMEs without workers or who have up to 3; and 1,500 euros for self-employed persons or micro-SMEs with four or more workers, with a maximum of 9.Activities includedRegarding the activities that may benefit from these grants, all those affected by the suspension of opening to the public decreed in Royal Decree 463/2020 are included, that is, all commercial activities, cultural facilities, establishments and recreational activities, leisure activities.
hotels and restaurants, and other additional ones, which suspended their opening to the public of premises and retail establishments.Excluded activitiesThose activities contemplated in Royal Decree 463/2020 are excluded: retail commercial establishments of food, beverages, products and essential goods, pharmaceutical establishments, health, veterinary centers or clinics, opticians and orthopedic products, hygienic products, press and stationery, automotive fuel, tobacconists, technological and telecommunications equipment, pet food, internet, telephone or correspondence commerce, dry cleaners, laundries and the professional exercise of home hairdressing activity.Eligible expensesRegarding the eligible expenses, the income from the rental of the premises in which the activity is directly provided - which must have the mandatory municipal license for the exercise of it - costs of electricity, water, internet connection, leasing, renting, in addition to the ordinary expenses incurred to comply with the sanitary and occupational risk prevention measures that have to be implemented to restart the activity (disinfection of premises, purchase of screens, hygienic material, sanitizing devices, adhesives and elements of signaling).CommitmentsThe commitments to be fulfilled by the beneficiaries of these aid are the maintenance of economic activity and of at least an average of 50% of the workforce of employed workers existing from March 13 to December 31, 2020.
Likewise, the Self-employed workers must remain in the Special Social Security Scheme until December 31, 2020.JustificationLikewise, the beneficiaries must justify the aid by submitting the corresponding supporting account, the model of which is available at the City Council's electronic office.
The justification period will begin on January 1, 2021 and will end on March 31, 2021.
