| A grant from the Autonomous Community, amounting to 2.7 million euros, will also guarantee the maintenance of the Primary Care Centers | The Governing Board has accepted the subsidy of 2,754,722 euros from the Autonomous Community, through the Ministry of Women, Equality, LGTBI, Families and Social Policy aimed at financing the development of actions in the field of Primary Care Social Services and the fight against energy poverty.Thus, 2,479,857 euros of the total amount of the subsidy will be used to guarantee the maintenance of the Primary Care Centers and to prevent and alleviate situations of social exclusion and the serious personal deterioration that is generated, among others, due to the lack of work or the inability to access a home.Likewise, with the remaining 274,865 euros, aid will be promoted for the payment of basic supplies such as gas or water and to improve energy efficiency and savings in the consumption of these supplies by granting aid to purchase electrical appliances.An amount will also be directed to promote training or awareness-raising actions, such as seminars and courses, aimed at raising awareness among individuals and families and incorporating habits related to saving energy and consumption.
