The mayor of Murcia, José Ballesta, together with the councilor for Pedanías and Barrios, Marco Antonio Fernández, and the president of the Municipal Board of El Palmar, Verónica Sánchez, visited this morning the gardens where the new tracks are located, located in La Paz Park and the gardens of Gabriel Luján Caballero and Cronista Carlos Valcárcel streets, respectively."Three green areas of El Palmar are launching multi-sports tracks, new spaces for practicing outdoor sports that are open to families in the district," said José Ballesta, who added that "improving public spaces in Murcian neighborhoods and districts is a priority for the City Council ”.Action aimed at the 24,400 residents of El PalmarThe City Council has allocated an injection of 55,322 euros to the installation of the three tracks, action that will directly benefit the 24,400 residents of El Palmar.
This project has been promoted by the Municipal Board.
The 72 square meter courts (12 meters long and 6 meters wide) have futsal goals and basketball baskets.
