| The councilor for Urban Agenda and Open Government, Mercedes Bernabé, has visited the Cabezo de Torres office this morning, open during the month of August | The Citizen Attention service, dependent on the Department of Urban Agenda and Open Government, led by Mercedes Bernabé, has attended 13,669 people by appointment, from July 1 to August 17, of which 4,872 have been requested to through 010 and 8,797 have been made online."The Service continues to work during the summer season with the aim of continuing to attend and help Murcians in their daily procedures," explains the mayor, who has visited the Cabezo de Torres office this morning, where a total of 349 procedures since its reopening in person, on July 30.Specifically, by offices, of the total of the procedures carried out, 2,674 come from Abenarabi; 2,814 from the La Glorieta headquarters; 2,662 from Plaza Europa; and 5,519 districts.It should be remembered that to carry out their procedures, Murcians must request a prior appointment through the link https://www.murcia.es/web/portal/cita-previa-servicio-de-atencion-ciudadana or through the telephone numbers 010 and 968 22 95 49, if you call from outside the municipality of Murcia.“This system is allowing us to serve everyone who needs our services, in an orderly manner, without queues and without waiting.
The previous appointment guarantees the safety of the citizens in the face-to-face positions and also contributes to the correct operation of the service ”, explains Mercedes Bernabé.The Cabezo de Torres office joins those opened during the month of August in districts, such as Beniaján, El Palmar, Puente Tocinos, as well as those in the urban area, such as La Paz, Abenarabi, Glorieta and Plaza Europa.
