Therefore, "we would be facing a new and flagrant discrimination of the districts, specifically, of all the neighbors who live in them and who account for 60% of the population of this municipality," says the socialist councilor Andrés Guerrero, who He demands that the PP "stop turning its back on the districts and, above all, harassing them, as if they were not Murcia." In this regard, the mayor points out, it is a measure adopted in anticipation of possible cuts in the future budgets of the Murcia City Council, "those of 2020, which at this point are still not approved and, what is worse, without being presented", and this is another one of "the ugly vices that the PP has implanted in the Murcia City Council, operating without budgets until the end of the year which makes these ineffective and in practice unenforceable".
