Huermur has filed a complaint with the Ministry of Culture of the Autonomous Community for the new collapses of walls detected in the archaeological site of San Esteban in Murcia, as well as for the general poor state of the site declared a Site of Cultural Interest BIC.The conservation group asks both the Murcia City Council and the Ministry of Culture that the intervention in San Esteban be extended to the entire site in a complete and definitive way, to protect once and for all this heritage of the 12th-13th centuries.Huermur asks the Ministry of Culture to duly protect the recovery of the Andalusian site, and demand real and effective solutions from the city council.
They recall that since 2009 this BIC heritage has been out in the open, suffering from inclement weather and high temperatures in the capital.
