| Among the actions, framed in the Plan of Works in Educational Centers, there are also punctual repairs of carpentry, locksmithing and masonry | The Rafael Nicolás Raya school in Sangonera la Verde will solve the problem of leaks in one of its buildings, within the Plan of Works in Educational Centers carried out by the Murcia City Council this summer.The Councilor for Education and Nursery Schools, Belén López, has visited this school to supervise the work that is being undertaken.
Among the actions, it also highlights the reform of the toilets on the ground floor of management and other occasional repairs of masonry, plumbing, painting, locksmithing and carpentry.
The works have a cost of 26,946 euros.Plan of Works in Educational Centers 2020The City Council has started the Plan of Works in Educational Centers for this year, which will be endowed with 2,000,300 euros and will be carried out in a total of 80 public schools in Murcia and districts. Specifically, it will be carried out in two large blocks: maintenance and improvement of the services and benefits of the educational centers, where there are also the actions promoted by the Municipal Boards, and, on the other hand, investment and renovation of sports facilities.It should be noted that this plan is the result of the work coordinated by the departments of Education and Infant Schools, Pedanías and Neighborhoods and Sports and Health.
