In this way, new shades will be installed in the Scout garden, in the garden located in the Cabezo Norte urbanization and in the Constitution garden.The objective is to create shaded spaces that make them more comfortable, protecting residents from inclement sunlight, in neighborhoods and districts, thus facilitating family reunion, citizen participation and sociocultural meetings, in addition to increasing the number of effective hours of use by Murcian families.The Shadow Plan aims to install more than 160 new tents and shading systems, 50 of which are already a reality, distributed in the parks of Murcia and its districts so that families can enjoy these new spaces at any time of the year.This district will also have an improvement in public lighting, providing streets with greater visibility for pedestrians and vehicles, and improving the safety of all residents.In Cabezo de Torres, three new playgrounds will also be installed and the basketball court will be perimeter.

In addition, a new canine recreation area is going to be carried out in the Cabezo Norte urbanization, which is added to another area that is in the hamlet, which is highly demanded by neighbors and their pets.Likewise, the councilor explains that improvements will be made throughout this term for the renovation and comprehensive maintenance of the garden on Calle del Pilar, the garden of the Civil Guard and the Don Bosco garden.The urban furniture in the surroundings of the food market is also being changed.In addition, in the coming days, another project will be presented in the garden of the Constitution, where new children's games have been installed and the sports area has been renovated."This improvement is framed in the Renace Plan that turns parks and gardens into living spaces, neighborhood meeting points and participation, with the expansion of sports areas for exercise, more accessible and leisure spaces with all measures of security and modern elements for the little ones "José Guillén has concluded.
