| The agreement, which was signed for the first time in 2019, allows unemployed people from the municipality who are taking training in Commerce and Marketing to do internships in said association, collaborating at the same time in a social work | The Governing Board today approved the extension of the agreement with the Asociación Banco de Alimentos del Segura, signed for the first time last year, and which allows unemployed people in the municipality who are taking training courses in Commerce and Marketing to carry out work practices in this association, collaborating at the same time in social work.With the signing of this extension, the Department of Employment, Economic Promotion and Tourism, led by Councilor Pedro García Rex, aims to promote collaboration with the Food Bank of Segura Association for the implementation of projects to support the unemployed and entrepreneurs , aware of the social problem of lack of employment in the municipality of Murcia.With this objective, the Employment service will request the SEF to accredit the Food Bank facilities to impart new training actions in the professional family of Commerce and Marketing.
Specifically, it is foreseen that for this year the Level 1 Professional Certificate of "Auxiliary Warehouse Activities" will be offered, with the aim of qualifying unemployed people in the provision of services of reception, placement, maintenance and expedition of loads.
