| This aid will help carry out events related to the exhibition, dissemination, conservation and documentation of the collection that houses the institution of the Baroque sculptor Murcian Francisco Salzillo | The Murcia City Council, through the Department of Culture and Heritage Recovery, led by the mayor Jesús Pacheco, is going to award a grant worth 27,000 euros to the Salzillo Museum to contribute to the maintenance and dissemination of the activities it carries out this institution.The matter has received the approval of the Governing Board this morning.
The approved aid will help to carry out events related to the exhibition, dissemination, conservation and documentation of the collection that houses the institution of the Murcian Baroque sculptor Francisco Salzillo.This grant is part of the line of action followed by the Government Team, committed to combining innovation with the maintenance of traditions in the various festivities and cultural events held in the municipality.In this case, the City Council seeks to promote culture through the activities carried out by the Salzillo Museum, one of the most important places in the municipality from the heritage point of view due to the high artistic value of the works it houses inside.
