The initially foreseen term is 7 months, although the procedure to renew the provision of the service is already underway for at least four more years.In this way, the 40 Social Work Units of the municipality of Murcia will maintain this appointment service to attend requests by phone and through a web page.
Through the telephone service, 40,000 requests have been attended during the first half of this year.
In addition, until June 30, an additional 8,700 requests have been attended through the online appointment system.Project of the Department of Social and Family RightsThis project starts from the Department of Social and Family Rights, which is headed by the mayor Pilar Torres, and reinforces the care provided by the Social Work Units of the three municipal Social Services centers that the regional capital has: Murcia Norte, Murcia South and City of Murcia.This appointment service is active every business day between 9 a.m.
and 2 p.m.
Telephone attention will be carried out by operators.
The objective is to speed up the process of appointments of the Social Work Units requested by users to arrange an interview with social workers.The service is complemented by a web page that is available every day during permanent hours.
The winning company will have an active recorded message that will provide information on the days and hours of operation to inform callers outside the established time zone for telephone service.
