Only one single application may be submitted per entity, which must refer to a single program."Murcia is a city that bets in a determined way on sports with the improvement of facilities, the creation of educational sports programs and aids that favor their daily practice", highlights the mayor.Aid for different sports programsThe subsidized programs are for the maintenance of federated teams that participate in the highest category of national regular league competition, distributed in two subgroups: soccer, futsal, basketball, handball and volleyball, as well as the rest of team sports disciplines.Also for the maintenance of federated teams that participate in the rest of the regular league competition categories at the national level (not in the highest category) inter-autonomous, autonomous or local.
The subgroups are again: soccer, futsal, basketball, handball and volleyball, in addition to the rest of the team sports disciplines.Likewise, sports activities in swimming categories, sports initiation programs (sports schools), as well as organization of sporting events in the municipality and individual athletes receive financial aid.Deadline for submission of applicationsThe Official Gazette of the Region of Murcia has published today the extract of the call, so that those interested have, starting tomorrow, ten working days to submit applications.The standardized application form may be obtained at the electronic headquarters of the Murcia City Council and on the Murcia Sports website.A project will be submitted for evaluation, which will include the information indicated in point 8 'Evaluation criteria' of the call, depending on the type of program or activity for which the grant is requested.
