Applications must be submitted on the website https://sede.murcia.es/, through the banner "Consumption, Commerce and Business", where you will find information regarding the criteria for awarding aid and the procedure that regulates them , as well as the documents that must accompany the applicationThe professional group of self-employed and micro-SMEs in the municipality of Murcia, affected by the closure decreed after the state of alarm, can now apply for financial aid from the 'Plan Reincia', endowed with 1 million euros, until next September 30.PresentationThe applications will be submitted compulsorily, through the specific form available, on the website of the electronic headquarters of the Murcia City Council, at the address https://sede.murcia.es/, in the banner 'Consumption, Commerce and Company', where You will find information regarding the criteria for awarding aid and the procedure that regulates it, as well as the documents that must accompany the application.The Department of Employment, Economic Promotion and Tourism has collaborated with the Computing service of the City Council for the implementation of an on-line procedure that guarantees agility in the management of these grants that will be requested electronically.From the Department that the mayor Pedro García Rex directs, a series of measures are being implemented that contribute to economic activation in Murcia, in collaboration with the economic and social agents of the municipality, for the development of extraordinary plans aimed at the group of self-employed and micro-SMEs most affected in the business fabric.In this sense, García Rex has highlighted that, from the Murcia City Council, "we are going to face, with the granting of this line of aid, the economic and social impact of COVID-19, contributing to the protection of the productive and social fabric , favoring the restart of its activity and the reactivation of the economy in our municipality ".BeneficiariesThe recipients of these are natural persons, individual entrepreneur, self-employed or community of assets and legal persons, commercial company, labor company, cooperatives, including special commercial companies, which carry out their economic activity in a place located in the municipality of Murcia.
The beneficiary must be the holder of the required municipal activity license and be registered as a self-employed person and / or micro-SME.Aid: between € 1,000 and € 1,500The maximum amount of aid per beneficiary will be 1,000 euros for self-employed persons who are self-employed or micro-enterprises without workers or who have up to 3; and 1,500 euros for self-employed self-employed persons or micro-SMEs that have four or more workers, with a maximum of 9.Activities includedAs for the activities that may benefit from these grants, all those affected by the suspension of opening to the public decreed in Royal Decree 463/2020 are included, that is, all commercial activities, cultural facilities, recreational establishments and activities, activities of hospitality and catering, and other additional, which suspended its opening to the public of premises and retail establishments.Excluded activitiesThose activities contemplated by Royal Decree 463/2020 are excluded: retail commercial establishments for food, beverages, products and basic necessities, pharmaceutical establishments, health centers, veterinary centers or clinics, optical and orthopedic products, hygienic products, press and stationery, automotive fuel, tobacconists, technological and telecommunications equipment, pet food, internet commerce, telephone or correspondence, dry cleaners, laundries and the professional practice of hairdressing at home.Eligible expensesAs for the eligible expenses, the rental income of the premises in which the activity is directly provided - which must have the required municipal license for the exercise of it - includes electricity, water, internet connection, leasing, renting, in addition to the ordinary expenses incurred to comply with the sanitary and occupational risk prevention measures that must be implemented to restart the activity (disinfection of premises, purchase of partitions, hygienic material, sanitizing devices, adhesives and items of signaling).CommitmentsThe commitments that the beneficiaries of these grants must fulfill are the maintenance of economic activity; as well as at least an average of 50% of the existing workforce of employed persons as of March 13 until December 31, 2020.
Likewise, self-employed workers must remain in the Special Social Security Regime until December 31, 2020.JustificationThe beneficiaries must justify the aid by presenting the corresponding supporting account, the model of which will be available at the electronic headquarters of the City Council, at the link https://sede.murcia.es/.
The period of justification for the aid will start on January 1, 2021 and end on March 31, 2021.
