| Councilor for Sports and Health, Felipe Coello, visits the district to study the renovation of some of its spaces | The Murcia City Council works to improve the infrastructure in districts for structuring the municipality through the renovation of its sports facilities, senior centers, green areas and schools.In this way, the councilor for Sports and Health, Felipe Coello, has visited this week the district of Santa Cruz, together with the members of the Municipal Board, to study some improvements in its sports facilities.Thus, the recovery of the soccer field has been treated with the expansion of the facility and the renovation of the entire space.

For this, according to Felipe Coello, "a preliminary project will be launched to study the rehabilitation of the infrastructure, currently inactive, with the construction of a new artificial grass play space."Likewise, the project will also contemplate the installation of stands, changing rooms and canteen.

"The objective is that this environment can be used again by the neighbors," explains the head of Sports.

Another improvement will be the start-up of the sports center, equipped with an open-air soccer court, a basketball court and enabled for the practice of tennis.
