The University of Murcia has hung this Friday, June 26, the LGTBI flag on the facade of the Convalescence building, headquarters of the Rectorate.
The rector, José Luján, and the general secretary, Francisco Antonio González, were present at the time the flag was placed, an act that was also attended by Jesús Costa, president of the No Te Prives collective, and representatives of the Student Council from the University of Murcia. With this symbolic gesture, the University of Murcia wants to join the acts and demands in favor of equality that take place during the month of June, on the occasion of the commemoration of Pride Day on June 28.
