| The Plenary has approved obtaining the land on which to carry out the works on Ramón y Cajal de la district | The construction of a sidewalk on Calle Ramón y Cajal in the hamlet of Algezares will increase security at the entrances to the Saavedra Fajardo School of Infant and Primary Education.The Municipal Plenary has approved at its meeting this morning the definitive project for obtaining the necessary land to carry out the planned works, which will allow the construction of a sidewalk that serves as access to the aforementioned school.Through the expropriation system by joint appraisal, the Murcia City Council will acquire for 15,000 euros an area of ??30.14 square meters. On the land to be obtained is a monumental 8-arm palm, included in the purchase price, which will be transplanted to a garden in Algezares.Demand from teachers and parentsThis action will allow a demand transferred by both the teachers of the school and the parents of the students to be met.With the sidewalk the environment of the educational center will present greater road safety, adapting the pedestrian routes.
Schoolchildren will transit through a more accessible place to get to school.Likewise, the Plenary has approved the Municipal Appreciation Sheet corresponding to a plot of 215.68 square meters of extension located on Calle Fútbol in the district of Sangonera la Verde.
The planned investment is 89,000 euros.
The destination of the land will be the construction of a new green area.Extension of Francisco Paredes de Puente Tocinos streetIn the plenary session today, the project to obtain the necessary land to undertake the extension of Francisco Paredes de Puente Tocinos street has also received the final approval.
Through the joint appraisal expropriation system, the City Council will achieve an area of ??77.26 square meters.The Plenary also approved this morning the completion of the acquisition by expropriation agreement of a plot of 21.95 square meters on Isabel Navarro street in the Barrio del Progreso, which is included in an area of ??urban land intended for public roads.
The planned investment is 12,500 euros.Another urban development agreement approved today by the Plenary has been the declaration of the need for occupation by expropriation of an undivided fifth of a registered property belonging to Unit of Action II of the Partial Plan ZM-Zn3 of Zarandona for the lack of adherence of its owners to the Compensation Board.With these actions of land management, the Department of Sustainable Development and Huerta is responding, in terms of Urban Planning, to requests and needs transferred by the different Municipal Boards of the municipality.
