| Murcia City Council promotes the use of information and communication technologies in the relationship of the centers with citizens and entities | The Murcia City Council, through the Department of Social and Family Rights, which the mayor Pilar Torres directs, is carrying out the training course entitled 'Management with a Digital Certificate for Women's Associations'.This training activity seeks to ensure that the management teams that make up the boards of women's centers become familiar with the use of information and communication technologies in carrying out the procedures they carry out with citizens and entities, as well as in its relations with the City Council itself.The 72 participating women receive passwords to carry out their procedures electronically, an effective, efficient modality that saves a lot of time in carrying out the procedures.

This course started yesterday afternoon with the participation of the directors of the Abenarabi, La Alberca, Santa María de Gracia, El Bojal, Zarandona, El Puntal, San Antón, La Flota, El Ranero, San Pío X and San Antolín centers.The councilor for Social Rights stressed that "the development of training courses to expand the knowledge of the management teams of municipal centers is a priority for the Government Team.

"Classes take place at the Local Development AgencyClasses are held in person at the premises of the Local Development Agency, located on Azarbe del Papel street.

Policies learn the steps they must follow to obtain the digital certificate and the administrative steps they can take with it.They also know how they can apply for an annual grant, justify the activities they carry out and request municipal spaces and resources in a completely telematic way, using the corresponding digital tools.Today the directors of the centers Centro District, Vistalegre, Infante, Sangonera la Seca, Los Ramos, La Paz, Ronda Norte, La Fama, Vistabella and Cabezo de Torres will participate in the course.Three simultaneous sessions in three different classroomsEvery day three simultaneous sessions are held in three different classrooms, which guarantees the distribution of the attendees and compliance with the social distancing recommended by the health authorities to avoid contagions due to the crisis caused by the expansion of Covid-19.The Department of Urban Development and Modernization of the Administration, which is headed by the mayor José Guillén, collaborates in the course through the Computing Service, which is provided by the teaching staff.Similarly, the Employment Service, dependent on the Department of Employment, Economic Promotion and Tourism, has transferred the premises and made available the classrooms in which the sessions are held.

Each one lasts two hours.

All classes have the necessary equipment for the development of the training activity.Tomorrow will be the last sessionThe course will close tomorrow, with the participation of the directors of the San Ginés, Algezares, Nonduermas, Guadalupe, Ermita de Burgos, Barrio del Carmen, Rincón de Beniscornia, Santa Eulalia, Patiño, Rincón de Seca and Espinardo centers.
