The Governing Board today approved the specifications of particular administrative clauses and technical prescriptions for contracting the service.The Department of Social and Family Rights has proposed the hiring to reinforce the care provided by the social work units of the three municipal Social Services centers of the Murcian municipality: Murcia Norte, Murcia Sur and Ciudad de Murcia.This appointment service will start on July 1 and will be active every business day between 9:00 a.m.
and 2:00 p.m.
Telephone attention will be carried out by operators.
The objective is to streamline the processing of appointments for social work units requested by users to arrange an interview with social workers.The service will be reinforced with the launch of a web page that will be available every day during permanent hours.
The winning company will have an active recorded message that will provide information on the days and hours of operation to inform those who call outside the established range for telephone service.Initial duration of 7 monthsThe total tender price of the contract is 30,000 euros.
The initially planned duration period is 7 months.
As soon as it is awarded, the procedure to renew the provision of the service will begin for at least four more years.
