The University of Murcia has joined the official mourning declared across the country in memory of those who died from the COVID-19 pandemic.
At twelve noon on Wednesday, a minute of silence was observed in the university buildings.
The rector, José Luján, and part of the Government Team, as well as personnel from The flags of the educational institution will shine at half-staff and with black crepe until June 6, as established in the Royal Decree establishing national mourning.
