| The expansion will cover an area of ??252 square meters and will improve health care for thousands of residents of the district | The Contracting Table chaired by the Councilor for Development, Mario Gómez, has proceeded -during the telematic session held this morning- to open the single file that contains the documentation of the 38 bidders who present their offer to the expansion project of the medical office de Churra, whose tender amount amounts to a total of 331,400 euros.This action, which will have an execution period of six months from the start of the works, will cover an area of ??252 square meters in a single plant, and will allow healthcare for thousands of residents of Churra.After the significant demographic growth experienced by the district in recent years, the local office will be expanded with a staff of 6 new consultations for family medicine and nursing of 19 square meters each, a meeting room of more than 23 square meters and two new toilets with a total area of ??10 square meters, in addition to the necessary equipment to offer administrative and healthcare services.The new facilities will comply with the accessibility regulations both in their access from the outside and in the interior routes.
The project also includes hot and cold air conditioning installations, ventilation and solar energy.Likewise, the Contracting Table has opened the documentation related to the file of the maintenance service of computer applications in the Forms environment of the Murcia City Council, to which a bidder has chosen for a total amount of 80,845 euros.
