The Councilor for Urban Agenda and Open Government, Mercedes Bernabé, today visited the facilities of the headquarters of the One-Stop Office in Glorieta de España that are being equipped with partitions, as well as signaling the accesses and the waiting room.The Citizen Attention Service, dependent on the Department of Urban Agenda and Open Government, is preparing for the reopening of the face-to-face service that, predictably, will take place in early June, with the conditioning of all spaces, both in districts and districts as those located in Glorieta de España, Plaza de Europa and the municipal building of Abenarabi, with security measures in front of Covid-19.Councilor Mercedes Bernabé visited this morning the facilities of Ventanilla Única, in Glorieta de España, where five security screens have already been installed for face-to-face care posts and the entrances, exits and waiting room have been marked with indicators that recall the importance of keeping physical distance.Likewise, the space and furniture have been redistributed with the regulatory safety distances in all the offices, as well as in the internal offices."The safety of citizens is, at the moment, our priority, so all our effort now is that the offices can open their doors complying with regulatory requirements.
Our intention is that in a few weeks, at the beginning of next month, the service can begin to work in all its venues and by appointment ", explains the mayor Mercedes Bernabé.Equipped the Offices of Plaza Europa, Abenarabi and districtsThe same measures are being developed at the Plaza Europa and Abenarabi facilities, which already have seven and eight security screens, respectively, for points of attention with citizens.Also, this security device began last week in districts and districts with the installation of partitions in the different locations in Campo de Murcia.
