| The municipal theaters of Murcia are currently working on the measures to be implemented for their reopening to the public in September | The municipal theaters of Murcia (Teatro Romea, Teatro Circo Murcia and Teatro Bernal) have announced the postponement or cancellation of the shows that were scheduled for the end of this season.The Department of Culture and Heritage Recovery is working these days on the development of a protocol and on the implementation of organizational and sanitary measures that may be necessary for its reopening to the public in September, with the aim of offering viewers the Greater security guarantees when the public shows are resumed. The ticket offices of the three theaters will open in the coming days with the corresponding measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19, to facilitate the return of tickets for all shows that have been postponed or suspended since mid-March.In total, in this last phase, 16 assemblies scheduled for the end of May and the month of June (some of them have already been suspended in advance) have been postponed due to the impossibility of being held under the conditions originally planned.

Three correspond to the Romea Theater, five to the TCM and eight to the Bernal Theater.The postponed shows can be seen during the last quarter of this year and the tickets already purchased are still valid for the new dates.

All information is available on the websites of the theaters and the sale of seats will be reactivated soon.Given the impossibility of finding new dates for this 2020, another ten shows have had to be canceled for the moment.

However, and as it will happen with other assemblies previously suspended, several of them will be rescheduled throughout 2021, for the next season.ReturnsRegarding ticket returns, it will be operated in the same way as on previous occasions.

If the purchase was made at the box office, the refund will be made in person at the same box office where the ticket was purchased as soon as its doors reopen in the coming weeks.On the other hand, users who purchased their tickets online will receive an email informing them of the new date of the show and how to request a refund if they prefer not to attend.
