The agents will be assigned different areas of neighborhoods and districts where they will carry out the controls.Thus, they check whether the authorized number of tables and chairs, the distance between them, the maximum occupation and the interpersonal distance are met.Possible penaltiesAgents can file the corresponding complaint for different reasons: opening an establishment to the public by installing a terrace without authorization, placing more than 50% of the authorized number, not keeping the distance of 2 meters between the tables, exceeding the maximum occupancy of 10 people per table or by group of them, or not respecting the 2-meter interpersonal distance between clients, in which case the owner of the premises and the client will be penalized.The complaints are forwarded to the Government Delegation, which is the body that is processing the corresponding files.The councilor for Citizen Security and Economic Management, Eduardo Martínez-Oliva, has asked "responsibility and caution to the hoteliers and Murcia because the pandemic has not yet been overcome."
