| The Murcian establishments have complied with the work protocol with full guarantee, which shows that the activities of the SICTED project can continue to be developed no face-to-face until normality returns | The Murcian companies and services selected to form part of the experience on tourist quality at a national level have successfully passed the online evaluations, demonstrating that this is a viable alternative that allows the continuity of SICTED works and activities (Integrated Quality System Tourism in Destinations) until visits and face-to-face evaluations are not allowed.The establishments and services that have starred in this pilot project have fully complied with the remote working protocol, complying with the requirements contained in the Manual of Good Practices that is applied to them, depending on the trade or sector to which they belong.

From now on, it will be the Secretary of State for Tourism that determines the viability of the online evaluation and its application to other destinations in Spain.The companies and services from Murcia that have participated in the project are the following:Travel agencies: Evadeo ViajesShops: Murcia Craft CenterTourist guides: María del Carmen DengraMuseums: Museum of Science and WaterProfessional Congress Organizer: Knocker Tourist and Cultural Services and Events in the plural.Taxis: José Luis Vera ParedesThe delegate councilor for Employment, Economic Promotion and Tourism, Pedro García Rex, has highly valued the realization of this pilot experience in Murcia.
