In this way, this new line adds to the other three already launched: Murcia Medieval and Tres Culturas; Audiovisual Production of Puertas de Castilla, and Scenic Theaters and Auditoriums of Murcia.The call for this new line, which totals a total of 150,000 euros to invest in cultural projects, will begin on Monday, May 18, and the term will remain open until June 1.This plan, launched by the Department of Culture and Recovery of Heritage, led by Jesús Pacheco, seeks to support the cultural sector of the municipality, promoting artistic and creative production, after the paralysis of the sector due to the crisis caused by COVID -19.One of the objectives of 'Cultural Reactives' is "to facilitate the development of our artists and creatives in the different phases of their professional career, in order to support the development of a solid and comprehensive local cultural sector, especially in these difficult times.

for the sector, "said Jesús Pacheco."At the same time, we want to position Murcia as an attractive place for cultural production, through the creation of an ecosystem that combines artistic residences, the provision of infrastructure and work spaces, as well as public calls for support for artistic production, "said the councilor.This opens the call for the selection and contracting of projects for the creation of artistic productions that are related to the lines of work of the Barracks:- Artistic and Creative Production Projects: Artistic and creative production projects based on current cultural models, experimentation, innovation, education and science in all its disciplines.The call will be open to projects related to the performing arts (dance, theater, performance ...), music, plastic arts (painting, sculpture, illustration, artistic installations ...), poetry and literature, audiovisual (photography, video art, cinema, sound art ...), gastronomy, robotics and technology, education and mediation.

Education and mediation projects will be valued for their pedagogical content and for their ability to generate critical artistic knowledge.- Citizen Laboratory Projects: Research, production and entrepreneurship laboratories for neighborhood projects or territorial structuring based on citizen participation, which address challenges related to coexistence in urban settings.The call will be open to neighborhood projects related to childhood in the city, street play, quality of life, loneliness, care networks, cultural diversity, the memory of the city or any other issue that may result innovative and interesting for its development and implementation in the municipality.Likewise, it will host urban innovation projects related to mobility, urban critical intervention and experimental architectural projects for the improvement of public space.Nomination requirementsThey may present projects, artists, companies, organizations or associations that present original and unpublished projects.

The applications must incorporate a budget that will make a financial offer, not being mandatory to reach the maximum limits established for each type of project.The application will be made up of a pdf document, with a maximum of 20 pages, with a proposal for the specific project that includes the name, description, justification, purpose, recipients, proposal of contents, objectives, schedule, broken down budget and other aspects to consider.

In addition, another pdf document must be attached, maximum 5 pages, with the trajectory / curriculum of the person or entity that owns the project or its members if deemed appropriate.The evaluation commission will take into account the following aspects:Interest of the project for the Murcia City Council and its originality.Degree of coherence with the general objectives of Medieval Murcia and the Three Cultures and with the values ??set forth in this call.Innovation of the project.Proposal of contents to exhibit through the virtual platform of the Murcia City Council.Correlation between the project and the economic proposal presented.Any questions that may arise related to the lines of the Cultural Reactives Project may be addressed to the email address reactive@ayto-murcia.es.
