| The works, which will consist of replacing the existing cobblestone pavement on the road, are expected to finish on Thursday, May 15 | The service of maintenance, conservation, repair and replacement of sidewalks and pedestrian areas of the city of Murcia will carry out, starting today, the repair of the paving on Andrés Baquero street, in the section located between Alejandro streets Seiquer and Saavedra Fajardo.
The works are expected to be completed next Thursday, May 15.During the execution of the works, no foreign vehicle may access the area, so there will be no access to the garage located in the environment.
Since May 6, information signs have been installed at the entrances to homes and garages to keep users informed.The works will consist of replacing the existing cobblestone pavement in the road that has several subsidences due to its age and the passage of vehicles.
Only action is going to be taken in this area, since the state of the sidewalks is in good condition and thus accessibility to street homes is guaranteed.The cobblestone model, the same one used in C / Granero, parallel to C / Andrés Baquero, presents a sawtooth contour that considerably increases its locking capacity and resistance to traffic, lengthening very effective its useful life.
