The Civil Guard again dismantled an active drug sale point in Llano de Brujas (07/05/2020)

| The three detainees had resumed their criminal activity in the bunker dismantled by the Civil Guard last February | There have been two simultaneous searches where 300 cannabis sativa cuttings, 30 grams of cocaine, 200 grams of marijuana buds, a precision scale, supplies for sale and cash have been seizedTwo of those arrested have entered prisonThe Civil Guard of the Region of Murcia has carried out in Llano de Brujas-Murcia the second phase of the operation 'Witchplace', which has resulted in the arrest of the three members of a criminal group dedicated to drug trafficking, two of the which have entered prison. The investigation has resulted in the dismantling of a drug point of sale with the seizure of 30 grams of cocaine, a precision scale, 300 cuttings of cannabis sativa and 200 grams of marijuana buds, as well as tools for its dosage and sale.

.In the first phase of the investigation, six people were arrested as alleged perpetrators of the crime of drug trafficking, and 250 marijuana plants, several rocks of high purity cocaine, bagged marijuana buds and the necessary supplies for their cultivation and dosage were seized, a simulated long gun and cash.Recently, the Civil Guard began a second phase of the investigation to continue the operation that began last February that allowed the disarticulation of a criminal group dedicated to drug trafficking, suspected of having resumed criminal activity.Civil guards found that several of the people then detained continued to carry out their criminal activity at the same point, a 'joint' equipped with iron bunker-type security measures, with walls reinforced with 40-centimeter-thick reinforced concrete and a robust door.

12-centimeter armor plate made of solid metal with six metal locks and a wide peephole through which to even make the 'passes' of the drug.

In addition, it had an evacuation system to dispose of substances and money in the event of an eventual police search. The Civil Guard maintained surveillance work in the area, although the suspects had increased security measures to prevent their arrest.

Apparently, the alleged ringleader had occupied a house near the bunker from where he was monitoring sales and the possible police presence. The services established in the area allowed detecting the continuous arrival of alleged consumers at the 'gambling den'.

On this occasion, the 'clients' consumed the narcotic substances inside the bunker, a measure that the leader himself would have established to prevent that, in a mobility control of those established by the Civil Guard to comply with the state of alarm, they could be intercepted with the drug and related to the place where they had bought it.Once the necessary indications were obtained, the Civil Guard requested authorization from the judicial authority for the simultaneous registration of two properties. In the house, occupied by the leader and his sentimental partner, 300 cuttings of sativa cannabis, 200 grams of marijuana buds and useful for distribution were found, while in the bunker 30 grams of cocaine, a precision scale and cash. The 'Witchplace 2.0' operation has culminated in the dismantling of a drug outlet in the town of Llano de Brujas-Murcia and the arrest of three young people - Spanish, 18, 19 and 20 years old - as alleged perpetrators of crime of drug trafficking and membership in a criminal organization. The arrested, the drugs, the money and the seized effects, as well as the proceedings investigated, have been placed at the disposal of the Investigating Court number 8 of Murcia, whose owner has ordered the entry into prison of two of the arrested.
