Given the health emergency situation we are experiencing, at the Murcia Municipal Tax Agency we are committed to offering you the best service and avoiding the spread of the disease. Among the measures adopted, the voluntary period of receipt of the receipts for the 2020 Tax on Mechanical Traction Vehicles has been extended until June 5, 2020. In addition, you can obtain subdivisions with advantageous conditions: - AUTOMATIC BREAKDOWN, for citizens who so request, without the need to provide any additional justification. - SPECIAL BREAKDOWN for families, citizens and companies that prove unfavorable economic circumstances generated due to the declaration of the state of alarm. To facilitate the payment of this Tax, we have made your receipts available to you at the Virtual Tax Office (OVT) at https://www.murcia.es/AMT.

To download and / or pay by card you do not need a digital certificate.

You only have to access the "Obtain payment document" procedure, and indicate your NIF and the registration number of your vehicle. And if you prefer, you have at your disposal our Telematic Attention Center through which you can also request and / or pay by phone, as well as request the payment facilities you need (968355002) from Monday to Friday from 8: 00h to 20: 00h.In addition, if what you want is to consult your tax account and carry out more procedures, it is now easier to become a user of our Virtual Tax Office (OVT), in 2 minutes by entering https://www.murcia.es/AMT, or by calling to the phone 968355002.

You only need your NIF and an email address and mobile phone: 1.

We will ask you for information to verify your identity, your conversation will be recorded to formalize the request you make and thus obtain your consent. 2.

Once your identity has been validated, an email will be sent to you, with a link to the address where you must access to register as a user. 3.

In this link you must insert your NIF (User), once the NIF has been inserted you will be sent a password by email, and you must insert it on this same screen. 4.

Once the process is completed, the system will ask you to change your password for a new one and you will be able to access everything you want online.
