Radio Um.es, the radio of the University of Murcia, launches two new Psychology sections that offer advice on how to cope with these days of confinement due to the coronavirus. The first of the sections is titled 'Resilience and emotional well-being.
Stay at home 'and is run by the Professor of Psychology at the University of Murcia Óscar Sánchez, in collaboration with Ana Cáscales, from Sander Psychologists.
In their podcasts, they offer tips to know what is resilience, the psychological care of the little ones in the house and the reinforcement of family routines, among other issues. The second section is titled 'Psychology in context' and is carried out by the professor of Psychology at the University of Murcia Carmen Martínez.
Caring for the elderly in this period of confinement or how to deal with confinement are some of the topics that he addresses in his various podcasts.
