| The Governing Board has given the go-ahead, for the third time since the state of alarm was decreed, to increase, so exceptional, of the fixed cash limit available for the Social Services Area | The Governing Board has given the go-ahead, for the third time since the state of alarm was decreed, to the increase, exceptionally, of the fixed cash limit available to the Social Services Area.In this way, additional measures are immediately adopted in order to continue helping the most vulnerable population so that they can face the economic situation that has arisen, thus attending to their basic needs such as food, hygiene and personal hygiene.For this, it has been approved to increase the maximum limit of the global amount of fixed cash advances for the entire City Council to the amount of 1,500,000 euros, which allows the advance of available for the Social Services Area to be extended to the maximum limit of 1,000 .000 euros.It should be remembered that the advance payment of 168,123 euros was agreed at the last Governing Board meeting on March 27, to which on April 3 another 104,480 euros were added in order to expand the supply of food to scholarship students dining in another 7 days.
