The Municipal Youth Service of the Murcia City Council, through 'Networks for Free Time' and #MurciaSeMueve, has organized different activities for the next weekend.
The Councilor for Sustainable Mobility and Youth, Rebeca Pérez, explained that "this initiative was created with the aim of offering young people alternatives for recreational and training activities that they will be able to do from their homes during the weekends that this exceptional situation remains" .
Thanks to #MurciaSeMueve 'Now the Chef is you', which last weekend was followed by more than 6,000 people, 15 chefs 'will enter' the houses of Murcia to teach them the best recipes through videos in which They will be able to discover their best known tricks and dishes.
Chefs such as Pablo González Conejero, twice Michelin Star, David López from Local de Ensayo, Julio Velandrino de la Taulla, Nacho Abellán from Restaurante Hispano and other top-level Murcian chefs participate in this initiative that will be carried out from the next Friday until Sunday on the social networks of the Murcia City Council.
This action also serves to promote high-level young chefs from the municipality such as Ricardo Lozano, the last winner of the Creamurcia Gastronomía 2019 contest, Lorena Pellicer, Marco Antonio Iniesta, Fernando Tomás and Miguel Ángel Albaladejo.

The programming will take place on Friday from 4:30 p.m. to 7:15 p.m., Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. and Sunday from 10:00 a.m. to 11:45 a.m., days in which the monitors of Redes Para el Tiempo Libre will offer free online activities such as chess, guitar, capoeira, bachata, sign language, video editing and physical conditioning.
On Fridays at 4:30 p.m., 5:30 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. with a duration of 45 minutes each session, there will be learning activities for the Video Edition, dance in the Bachata modality and in the last session, Physical Conditioning, Through the guidelines of the monitor, various exercises will be performed to improve physical performance, helping to maintain a healthy body and be fit without the need to leave home.
On Saturdays from 10:00 to 10:45, 11:00 to 11:45 and 12:00 to 12:45 there will be creative and educational activities.
Firstly, there will be a direct connection to the Guitar monitor that will provide the necessary guidelines to get the most out of this instrument, secondly Capoeira, where the participants will put into practice this Afro-Brazilian martial art that combines facets dance, music and acrobatics, as well as body expression.
The activity with which the Saturday program will end will be that of Sign Language
And finally on Sundays, from 10:00 to 10:45 and from 11:00 to 11:45, the weekend will end with Chess workshops, which will explain basic concepts, from the movement and value of the pieces to the most common tactics that every amateur player should know to enjoy this sport more fully and at 11.00 Physical Conditioning, which will continue with the exercise routine on Friday.
