Citizen Attention coordinates with the municipal boards the organization of the service in districts and districts (30/03/2020)

The Citizen Attention Service of the Murcia City Council, dependent on the Department of Urban Agenda and Open Government, led by Mercedes Bernabé, has prepared a special working device in districts and districts in order to serve the entire municipality in a coordinated manner.

In this way, the mobile phone number of the person in charge of the municipal office has been made available to pedranos, as well as that of the department heads for any queries and information they may make and that may arise during the establishment of the state of alarm and until the opening of the Municipal Office.

Likewise, the telephones of the district and district citizen service offices have also been diverted to their mobile phones, in case the neighbors need any type of additional help or procedure from 9:00 to 14:00.

“We have organized our department in a coordinated way with the sole purpose of being closer to the citizens.

Thus, in addition to the telephone and telematic channels, we have prepared an action protocol for the presidents of the municipal boards with the aim of offering a better service to our neighbors, "explains Mercedes Bernabé.

In response to the inquiries made through this device, during the past Thursday, March 26, and Friday, March 27, a total of 87 calls were received from the district and district offices, all of them forwarded to the municipal officials .

These queries came from towns such as Patiño, Algezares, El Raal, Monteagudo, Casillas, El Carmen, La Alberca, Aljucer, San Pío X, Corvera, El Esparragal, Beniaján, Alquerías, Avileses, Sangonera la Seca, Zarandona, Puente Tocinos, Torreagüera , Gea y Truyols, La Purísima, Sangonera La Seca, El Palmar, Nonduermas, Santa Cruz, Beniaján, Espinardo, Churra or Cabezo de Torres, among others.

Among the type of consultation, issues such as the disinfection of streets by Covid-19, voter registration flyers, home help request, dining room scholarships, payment of taxes, how to contact the president of the board or social worker, and other documentation stand out. , among others.

A device in alarm state

In accordance with Royal Decree 463/2020 of March 14, 2020 of the Ministry of the Presidency that declares the state of alarm, a special Citizen Attention device was established in which it eliminated the face-to-face service, reinforcing instead the telephone lines and telematics.

It should be remembered that citizens can use the following channels to carry out their procedures and queries: telephone through the numbers 010, 968 22 95 49 (from outside the municipality), 968 35 86 00 (switchboard) and 900 22 29 00 (procedures );

and telematic through the portal www.murcia.es/informacion and the addresses www.sede.murcia.es, administracionelectronica.gob.es and rec.redsara.es to submit applications and procedures.

This device is carried out in collaboration with the Department of Urban Development and Modernization of the Administration, which José Guillén directs, through the Computing Service, as well as the telephone unit dependent on General Services.
