The University of Murcia, through its Sports Service, makes training plans available to society to carry out from home during the period of confinement established by the coronavirus health crisis.
These are routines designed by the staff of the service with the aim of preventing sedentary lifestyle while the state of alarm lasts and thus avoiding deterioration of health.
Four training levels have been prepared, adapted for different fitness states.
All plans have detailed instructions and explanatory videos to be able to carry out routines as safely and efficiently as possible.

In order to access the personalized training plans, it is necessary to fill out a small questionnaire and register, a step only necessary to be able to monitor the program.
