A 75-year-old woman has had to be attended by emergency health services and taken to the hospital as a result of the smoke she inhaled during the fire in a house in Guadalupe (Murcia).
1-1-2 received calls reporting the fire at 5:44 p.m.
They pointed out that a lot of smoke was coming out of the ground floor of a two-story building on Bando de la Huerta street in the aforementioned Murcian district and added that the inhabitants of the upper floors were trapped in their homes that they could not leave, since the staircase it was full of smoke.
Local Police patrols and firefighters from the Fire and Rescue Service of the Murcia City Council mobilized to the site, as well as ambulances with Civil Protection health personnel and the 061 Emergency Health and Emergency Management. The health workers attended to a woman 75 years old, who was transferred to the "Virgen de la Arrixaca" general university hospital in Murcia.
