The Councilor for Social and Family Rights, Pilar Torres, today presented the third edition of the solidarity clothing and accessories market 'Santa Eulalia Fashion Market', organized in collaboration with the Parish of Santa Eulalia and the Municipal Board District Central East.
This event will be held on March 13, 14 and 15 in the Plaza de Santa Eulalia, with uninterrupted hours from 10 am to 11 pm.
In addition, during the three days the square will gather a whole display of leisure and fashion for attendees, with foodtrucks area with outdoor terrace and various shows and live performances.
“The objective of this market is to financially help the most disadvantaged families in the Santa Eulalia neighborhood.
In parallel, it tries to promote and accommodate, through its fashion show, young promises of design and clothing as well as the entire market that encompasses a fashion show.
Thus, it lends itself to consolidate and expose renowned designers of the fashion sector in Murcia â€, explained the councilor.
The collection of these activities has a different purpose every year and in this edition the objective is the inclusion and participation of young people threatened by gambling and addictions, in recreational and solidarity activities, proposing them alternatives with a creative and entrepreneurial nature.
Other objectives related to the promotion of proximity and leisure trade in the neighborhood of Santa Eulalia, the development of the economy and the promotion of fashion and design of young Murcian promises are also proposed.
The event will feature on the runway with the presentation, at the Friday parade at 9.30 pm, of the designs of Metaphor (Nerea Jimenez), Carmina del Rey, Regalichi, Africa, Sgwear and Almudena Abenza.
Saturday's parade, which will take place at 9:30 pm, will be formed by the presence of Isabel Cruz, Cristina Blaza, Rocío Carpena, Nerea Béjar, Cayetana Ferrer and Mercedes Cánovas.
On Sunday the children's parade will take place, with boys and girls from 9 months to 12 years, which will show designs of La Hormiga de Manuela, Nerea Jiménez, Eleconele, Macoco and Amor Tocados.
