The Artillery Barracks-Pavilions of Creative Production hosts the First Conference on Culture and Citizenship, which will take place on Thursday, March 12 in Hall 2 from 9.30 am
In the conference, which are aimed at municipal technicians, cultural managers, project promoters and any citizen interested in the proposal, they will talk about culture and citizenship, good practices, new city models through the cultural, participation and equality , of sustainable development goals and the 2030 Agenda.

Institutions such as Medialab-Padro, of the City Council of Madrid, the Ministry of Culture or Tabakalera-Donostia, of San Sebastián, will be some of the experiences and good practices in terms of city development through culture.
Their objective is to generate a meeting for reflection, learning and sharing of discourses regarding citizen construction.
The conference 'Murcia: Culture and Citizenship, 2020' are born from three solid concepts that support its essence: city, culture, and laboratory.
City, because in it the important thing happens: coexistence and life.
Culture, because we are what we already were and everything we believe in the future.
And laboratory, because life is an experiment.
