This morning the Board of Governors has been informed of the decree in which the technical and administrative bases are approved to regulate the concurrence procedure to grant demand authorization for the occupation of the special common use on public roads for the placement of chairs and procession stands and parades.
These bases include Easter, Spring Festivities, September Fair, Moors and Christians, Santa Claus parade, Three Kings Cavalcade and other parades.
What is intended is to promote an improvement in the provision of services and attention to Murcia and visitors.
The winner of the authorization will pay the settlement corresponding to the municipal rate for private land use, which is set at 0.35 euros per square meter per day.
The bases also include the maximum prices for the rental of each chair, which ranges between 2 euros the cheapest and 7.50 the most expensive (Good Wednesday, Good Friday and Burial of the Sardine in tribune and first row).
The duration of the authorization will expire on the day of the 2021 Kings Parade, being able to extend parade to parade.
The increase in the number of transfer of chairs for free to social groups at risk is also established as an assessment criterion.
Tenders may be submitted until 2:00 p.m. on the end of the period of 10 calendar days from the day following the publication of the tender notice in the BORM.
The valuation of the proposals will be carried out by a commission composed of technicians from Celebrations and Urban Quality.
