Through a program of five activities, the organizing entity EGALECO Association for the Study and Educational Action has designed, with the collaboration of the City of Murcia, sensory experiences that will give opportunities to participants, especially people with disabilities, to meet some of the main features that characterize the cultural and heritage identity of the city of Murcia.
Víctor Blázquez, President of the EGALECO Association, defines that "the city not only has an interpretation and that there are many people who live and understand the city in a totally different and particular way", so the activity called "Murcia, heritage for the senses "is an opportunity to know this heritage through different channels.
The program aims to cover different areas such as the garden, the imagery of Salzillo, gastronomy, folklore or the historical and monumental center of the city of Murcia and includes the necessary support so that people with disabilities can have the necessary support to that can participate in the activities.
