The first deputy mayor and councilor for Development, Mario Gómez, has held a coordination meeting with the first deputy mayor of Las Torres de Cotillas, María Ángeles Fernández, to discuss the implementation of various actions on the N-344 road which serves as access to the town of Torrena from the A-7, and whose responsibility corresponds to the City of Murcia.
This first contact has served to put on the table the need to undertake concrete actions that help improve the safety of this stretch of municipal competence.
In this way, the person responsible for the Promotion of the Murcian council has announced a first action aimed at conditioning and cleaning its margins, which are currently full of vegetation and hinder the visibility of drivers.
On the other hand, both managers have committed themselves to work in a coordinated way to study the implementation of other actions, of greater draft, that allow to improve the winding layout of the route and increase the road safety of drivers in the area.
