The Councilor for Urban Agenda and Open Government, Mercedes Bernabé, today received a total of 30 students from the European cities of Odense (Denmark), Leppavirta (Finland) and Prostejov (Czech Republic) in the City Hall as well as the educational center La Claras de la Flota, with which they are doing an exchange.
“These types of initiatives are opportunities for our students, as they have the opportunity to learn about the customs of other countries, while it is a very enriching experience, both personally and academically,†says Mercedes Bernabé, who He has received a speech in English in which he highlighted the importance of the realization of these rooms together with some brushstrokes of the history of Murcia.
The students will remain in Murcia for a week to see landscapes and surroundings of the Region of Murcia that have undergone some transformation.
This is an initiative framed in an Erasmus Plus Project called 'Before and after cultural landscapes', through which students will visit Murcia Río, the Cartagena mining mountain range, the tram, La Manga and Cabo de Palos facilities.
