The MasterChef Samantha Vallejo-Nágera will be the master of ceremonies of the gala of the launch of the Winter Gastronomic Season.
Julián Romea Square will host a free tasting of 1,500 monkeys with chocolate tomorrow, starting at 5:30 p.m., where a giant screen will be installed that will broadcast the event.

The Romea Theater hosts tomorrow, at 7 pm, the gala with which Murcia Spanish Capital of Gastronomy starts, which will feature MasterChef Samantha Vallejo-Nágera as master of ceremonies and musical performances of the Murcian groups Maldita Nerea and Viva Sweden .

The gala will launch the Winter Season of Murcia Spanish Capital of Gastronomy, which includes the contest of the 'Star' cover of the Gastronomic Capital, pairing snacks on the solar ship on Saturdays and Sundays in the morning, walks on the Segura River , rum and gin tastings at the Romea headquarters, the I Week of cheese, honey and jam (fair to be held from February 17 to 23 with the producers of the DO of the Region), the presentation of the Oil and Gastronomic Capital Marmalade, with olives and fruits collected by the Municipal Parks and Gardens Service, as well as the baristas contest with the Murcia Capital Café with free tastings at Romea.
Murcia can also enjoy chocolate and Murciatone in the coming weeks, when a great street event will be launched for the distribution of these Murcian sweets.
A month later, on March 18 in the evening, a great event will be held to commemorate the celebration of St. Joseph's Day in the Huerta de Murcia, with the creation of wind fritters in the Romea theater square.
