The Raimundo González Frutos Culinary Culture Classroom of the Verónica market has celebrated today, starting at 12 noon, the cooking show of the Murcian chef Pablo González-Conejero, the last of the gastronomic workshops organized for the first time by the Department of Commerce, Markets and Public Way, together with the Compass of the Gourmet, of a special program that has been developed throughout these Christmas holidays.
On this occasion, attendees have been able to enjoy an unforgettable dining experience by the Murcian chef awarded with two Michelin stars.
"It is an honor to have the participation of professionals such as Pablo González-Conejero in these gastronomic workshops that we have launched from the Department to boost our supply places," said the mayor Juan Fernando Hernández.
Also, the responsible councilor stressed that "we are facing a structural reform of the markets, its management and its services."
In this way, he has informed that "from the Department of Commerce and Markets we will continue to invest throughout the term in the squares of municipal supplies to convert them into third generation markets, into unique spaces that combine tradition, quality, variety, specialization and treatment personalized".
