The Local Police have intensified during this weekend the monitoring of the prohibition of carrying out agricultural burns and of parking on public roads, following the instructions given by the Department of Citizen Security and Economic Management, directed by Eduardo Martínez-Oliva.
Thus, agents of the Ecological Patrol have sanctioned the authors of 12 burning of pruning remains in different areas of the municipality, which are prohibited and that can only be carried out in those cases where there is a report from the Ministry with powers in Plant Health regarding the existence of a pest or its prevention, and complying with the basic recommendations aimed at protecting air quality and health.
Likewise, the Local Police have denounced 16 valet parking cars that acted in the city, making 3 of them also denouncing for disobedience and repetition.
Among the outstanding actions of this weekend of the Local Police includes the recovery, thanks to citizen collaboration, of three motorcycles that were listed as stolen, informed their owners of the recovery.
