"

The councilor recalls that, in addition, "this amount of 40 million is a calculation made by the mayor Ballesta himself, so we are facing a reality known to all and that the maximum responsibility of the City Council must claim because we are not to give away nor throw the money and, mainly, because it is supposed to manage resources for the benefit of the neighbors of the municipality, who do not have to spare anything ".

Among these improper competencies of the Murcian council are the management of cultural facilities of regional ownership;

the inspection of commercial establishments;

the control of environmental pollution or something as important as the provision of social services.

With those 40 million "we could summon more places of Local Police, create more day centers or improve the centers for the elderly," says the councilor.

Finally, he insists that "before the manifest stinginess of the Autonomous Community with our City Council, Mayor Ballesta must give a blow of his hand and not keep lowering his head", especially because, "when it comes to paying us, we do comply religiously, for example, transport agreements for the extension of lines 30 and 78 and the recovery of line 26B ".
