Neighbors of the Camino de Tiñosa in Murcia alarmed at the presence of heavy machinery and a large transfer of trucks in this area of the garden next to the Alguazas ditch, have informed Huermur of these actions that have been carried out from the early morning in this channel of the traditional irrigation network, and that are consisting of the filling of the ditch with lands extracted from the AVE works.
Given this situation, Huermur has requested by registration both ADIF and the City of Murcia information and documentation in this regard, as well as indicating the reason for these questionable and reprehensible actions in the Alguazas ditch, and if they conform to the law valid.

Thus avoiding the current route through the orchard of Murcia and its flood areas, with the serious repercussions that this is already taking in view of the latest rains and floods, in addition to the destruction of much of the fertile soils of the garden, the network of ditches the area, and the creation of a huge scar that divides the valley in two from East to West.
