The Tram of Murcia obtains the highest score in the customer satisfaction survey (14/12/2019)

Users of Murcia Tram have rated the service with an overall satisfaction index of 8.6 out of 10. This is the highest score obtained since the measurements began in 2012, up one tenth this valuation compared to the previous year.

96.8% of customers surveyed say they are satisfied or very satisfied with the service, with 55% of respondents being very satisfied.

Regarding the score of specific attributes of the service, the most valued is that corresponding to the environmental contribution, with 9.3;

followed by lighting, with a note of 9.1;

and tied at 9 points, the ability to solve problems, staff attention and accessibility to stops.

It is important to highlight, given the activity of public transport service of the Murcia Tram, punctuality.

This value has been rated 8.7 points out of 10, while frequency compliance receives 8.5.

In total 655 surveys have been carried out, which is a 95% confidence level.

73.6% of respondents are residents of the city of Murcia, while 19.2% come from districts.

Regarding the profile of the sample: 58.5% are students (UMU, UCAM, schools, institutes and regulated education centers) and the rest is distributed among employed persons, public workers and other categories.

Throughout 2020 with the results of this study, Tram of Murcia will carry out a deeper follow-up of those aspects in which lower scores have been obtained, working to achieve greater user satisfaction and maintaining the quality level of those attributes that have been best valued by respondents.
