The City Council will allocate more than 140,000 euros in grants to neighborhood associations and districts (13/12/2019)

The Governing Board has given its approval to the final resolution of granting subsidies to entities for the promotion of citizen participation in districts and neighborhoods of the municipality of Murcia.

In this way, the City Council will allocate a total of 142,104.99 euros to entities and non-profit associations of 19 neighborhoods and districts of the municipality.

The objective of this call is to continue advancing in the strengthening of the associative movement, in order to favor the development of those tasks and activities that contribute to the development of municipal boards.

Specifically, the aid will be destined to the promotion of cultural, tourist, sports, teachers, youth, health, environmental, cooperation, neighborhood participation, consumption and social services activities.

The beneficiary entities and associations belong to the municipal boards of Algezares, Alquerías, El Esparragal, Gea and Truyols, Javalí Viejo, Los Ramos, Nonduermas, Rincon de Seca, Rincon de Beniscornia, San Ginés, San Pío X, Sangonera La Seca, Zarandona , Center-East, Center-West, El Carmen, Infante Juan Manuel, La Flota-Vistalegre and Santa María de Gracia.
