Glorieta de España, Plaza Europa and Abenarabi will work continuously from Monday to Thursday, from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and on Fridays, from 8:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
The City Council foresees a special device from December 11 to 19 in order to facilitate the registration of its instance to any of the places of the 2016 Public Employment Offer
The City Council already has open the registration period for the 41 places per free shift of the 2016 Public Employment Offer. Thus, the opponents have until December 19 to carry out their instance electronically or in person, through the Citizen Attention Offices of the City of Murcia.
This service, under the Department of Urban Agenda and Open Government, directed by Mercedes Bernabé, provides a special device in order to offer the best attention to citizens who go to any of the offices to register their application.
Thus, the headquarters of Glorieta de España, Plaza Europa and Abenarabi will work continuously, from Wednesday, December 11, from Monday to Thursday, from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and on Fridays, from 8:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. .
“The opponents will be treated at any of our headquarters.
So all the staff working in this service are advised to provide applicants with all the necessary documentation about the opposition, â€explains Mercedes Bernabé.
The service will restructure its functions and relocate its staff in order to offer a better benefit to these citizens.
The device also extends to telephone and telematic service 010 for the last five days, that is, from December 15.
The operational posts will be there and the hours will be extended until 20.00, from Monday to Friday.
The attention in districts
It should be remembered that the offices in districts will continue with their usual schedule.
Thus, El Palmar, Beniaján, Puente Tocinos and Cabezo de Torres, the offices of greater management, perform it in the mornings from 9 am to 2 pm.
Some of these also offer afternoon service, such as El Palmar, which will be on Mondays from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm, and Beniaján, which will attend on Tuesdays from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm.
The La Alberca office is open on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, from 9 am to 2 pm, and on Tuesdays and Thursdays, from 12 noon to 2 pm.
Also, the minimum service will continue from the office of La Glorieta on Saturdays, from 9.30 am to 1.30 pm.
In total, 3 people will be responsible for giving attention from this headquarters.
As of December 19, the day on which the deadline for submitting applications for the oppositions ends, all applications that arrive through the Single Window and certified mail will continue to be registered, which will mean an extraordinary time on the part of the personnel of Single Window, Registration, as well as Administration.
“Our intention is to provide the best service to all those opponents and to facilitate them as much as possible throughout the procedure.
