The Councilor for Urban Agenda and Open Government, Mercedes Bernabé, has visited this morning the Office of Citizen Services of Beniaján, where a total of 12,856 efforts have been made so far this year.
It is one of the offices that carries out the largest number of procedures.
Its service is carried out at the headquarters of Calle Estación, from Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 2 pm, and Tuesdays from 5 pm to 7 pm.
The City Council has a total of 71 municipal offices of which 59 are located in districts, 9 in districts and three plants in Plaza Europa, Abenarabi and Glorieta de España.
Mercedes Bernabé explains that "the Citizen Attention Service informs, attends and records documents throughout the municipality in a comprehensive and coordinated manner, in order to offer the same services in any of the municipal offices both in districts and districts."
Management until November 2019
The total number of steps taken in the 59 offices in districts amounts to 109,910, in the period from January to November 2019.
According to data collected by the Citizen Services offices, that of El Palmar, with 15,357, would be the one with the highest management volume so far this year.
They are followed by: Beniaján with 12,856, Puente Tocinos with 7,192 and Cabezo de Torres with 6,296, Espinardo with 4,604, Alquerías with 3,983, La Alberca with 3,386 and Sangonera la Verde with 2,750 procedures.
“In the case of Alquerías, the month of October stands out clearly as the one that has made the most efforts, coinciding with the special device that the City Council prepared on the occasion of DANA both in this district and in El Raal,†explains Bernabé.
As for the issues, the most demanded procedures have to do with statistics, such as registration flyers, registrations, cancellations and changes of address, with social services, which include basic income support, economic subsidies and domiciliary aid or with taxes, traffic penalties, housing, health or urban planning.
